Two Songs That Have....

.... moved me to tears within the last four days.

I know them both and have heard them and listened to them for forever, but for some reason singing the first one at Wildhorse this weekend made me choke up, and listening to the second one just earlier today made me bawl. Literally. (OO)

Anyway, hope these bless you:

*Sob* I love How He Loves by DCB. Great song.

But a song that gives me shivers and tears every single time is "Holy is the Lord" by Andrew Peterson. Such a powerful, amazing song. A lot of Peterson's are. Just beautiful.

How He Loves is epicness. Singing it in church always gives me chills.

Also, on occasion we sing "Our God is Greater" at Bible study; that always makes my spirit soar. It's just a dozen teens and a guitar, but it's SO much better than Chris Tomlin's version of the song.

"And if our God is for us, then what could stand against?"

Jake- yeah, I forgot we were singing Our God at Wildhorse a BUNCh this weekend too- a room filled with college students who love the Lord is also a very good version of that song ;)

Jake, I love that song. Especially this: "And if our God is for us, then who could ever stop us? And if out God is with us, then what could stand against!"

Director: How He Loves has the same effect on me sometimes. It depends on how bad my day was.

158 hold requests on "The Eagle"...At my library. 23 copies. This is going to take FOREVER.

Wow. Millard, I was just going to mention "The Eagle."

So I will.

I am queue three for the movie. We are watching it because we love Jamie Bell. However, my sis just brought this up tonight, and I thought I'd get your opinion on it. Should we read the books first? They are on my reading list, but is it worth becoming queue 1000 (or something like that) by reading the books and then re-getting the movie?

Anyone can answer my question. :-)

I can send my copy to you through Joryn if you want. (OO)
(Are we talking book or movie?)

@Hannah Joy
Book better than movie. I appreciated the movie though because I read the book- it was cast PERFECTLY, plot was a FAIL :P Anyway, you could really order it however you want- I read then watched, but my friend watched then read. Whatever you do, though, enjoy!

PS Hannah you only need to read the first book to understand the movie, the following books in the trilogy are really only related because they're all un Britain XD

oops IN not UN..... :P

Talking Movie, Director. I don't think I'm going to Youth Group for a few months...otherwise I'd totally agree!
